    研究领域及兴趣:
        课题组主要研究方向包括:(1)从分子、细胞、模型动物及人类样本等不同层次研究重大慢性炎症疾病的致病机制,(2)通过电镜结构生物学解析蛋白质复合体的构象变化。
        急性期蛋白是一类在炎症中血浆浓度发生明显变化的分子,在宿主防御中扮演重要角色,同时也是炎症疾病干预的灵敏标识和潜在标靶。我们十余年来致力于阐明典型急性期蛋白调控慢性炎症的分子机制及结构基础,已在Cell ResPNASStructureATVBFASEB JJIJBC等期刊发表SCI论文25篇,共获SCI引用700余次。我们的系列工作建立了新的概念和模型,为领域揭示了全新的研究方向和思路。
    课题组基于长期的研究积累,设计了全新的动物模型,围绕如下问题展开深入探索:(1)典型急性期蛋白遗传因素调节肿瘤发生风险、影响预后状况及驱动癌变的分子机制,(2)典型急性期蛋白在先天及后天免疫应答中的生物学功能,(3)典型急性期蛋白的生物发生机制,(4)电镜结构生物学方法解析典型急性期蛋白超分子复合体的组装及变构机制。
